Spanish judge indictss Rwandans for racial extermination

Madrid, Spain A Spanish judge Wednesday indictedded 40 current or former Rwandan military officers for respective counts of racial extermination and human rights abuses during the 1990s when various million Rwandans croaked or vanished.
