European leadership to discourse market slump

Greater London, England European leadership will talk about greater transparence in bank trading operations and fiscal markets when they meet Tuesday to regard a joint reaction to the world economic slump.
British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is hostinging French President Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Italian Premier Romano Prodi and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso for negotiation on the international credit crunch.
Brown’s spokesman Michael Ellam told Britain hopes leadership will place the key countries where attending is demanded from finance ministers at their Japan group meeting.
“Leaders will be talking about and adumbrating the countries were there will need to be farther discussion and work interpreted forward by finance ministers,” Ellam articulated.
