A bam ripped through an edifice in an industrial neighborhood of Istanbul on Thursday, going away at least 19 citizenry dead, regime told CNN.

The regime, who ruled out affright activity, conceive fireworks laid in in the edifice caused the bam.

The blowup took place about 9:45 a.m. on the third floor of a four-story edifice in Davutpasa, where there was an unregistered storehouse full of ices, said Muammer Guler the dominion governor of Istanbul.
