Moscow, Russia Soviet Union warned the United Nations and European Union Tuesday against occupying any one steps with Kosovo, expression such action would make a “destructive precedent.”

EU leadership agreed last calendar month to direct an 1,800-strong force of law and effectual officials to Kosovo to keep stability after a contract of independency, which is anticipated in the next few calendar months.
